CONCRETE PLANT MANAGER/QUEENSTOWN (C&D CONCRETE) - We have an immediate opening for a Concrete Plant Manager in our Queenstown facility. Primary duties include overseeing the plant operations for the concrete facility. This includes but is not limited to coordinating and monitoring workload, overseeing drivers, yard/batch operators and any other direct reports. The Concrete Plant Manager hires, trains, develops, supervises and motivates employees towards accomplishing departmental and company goals and objectives. Assist sales and customer service/dispatch in servicing customers, coordinating schedules, etc. Position requires an individual with a high school diploma or equivalent (college a plus) and experience in concrete operations and delivery. Other job requirements include prior supervisory/management experience, working computer knowledge, knowledge of all government regulations pertaining to health, safety and the environment. Must be able to work Saturdays.
